Gangguan keseimbangan mampu mempengaruhi kualitas kedua otot tungkai bawah pada lansia sehingga kemungkinan seseorang akan mengalami resiko jatuh. Penelian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pemberian strengthening exercise dan balance dalam meningkatkan kekuatan lansia. Metode penelitian menggunakan eksperimental dengan randomized controlled trial (RCT) yang melibatkan memiliki Sampel berjumlah 50 orang dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok yaitu perlakuan kontrol. Pengukuran skala berg lower extremity functional. Analisis statik Shapiro Wilk, ANOVA, uji Mauchly uji-T dependent. Hasil menunjukkan adanya signifikan (p < 0.05).
